A rectangular decorative cushion, 35 × 55 cm, with a leather front laced entirely by hand. Cashmere and angora yarns are drawn through pre-punched holes in the hide, building a geometric pattern across the surface.

Each cushion is worked stitch by stitch, so no two pieces repeat exactly — small variations in the lacing are part of the design.

The texture reads best at close range: a salon sofa or cabin berth aboard, an armchair or bed ashore in residences and hotels.
