Who we are
Veyra Deck is a brand operated by WOODENLUXE ULUDAG LLC, a company registered in the United States. All pieces are made by hand in Türkiye, held in stock and shipped directly from there.

Delivery area
We deliver worldwide. Orders can be placed for a delivery address in any country we ship to; the product is shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer during the ordering process.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free of charge for all orders, to all countries. No shipping cost is added to the price of the purchased product.

Dispatch and delivery time
Pieces are held in stock and are dispatched from Türkiye within 1–2 business days of the order. Delivery typically takes 4–15 business days depending on the destination. A shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed to the address given at checkout as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Duties and taxes
Orders ship from Türkiye on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis: we pay any customs duties and import taxes on your behalf. Shipping is free, so the price shown at checkout is the total you pay and nothing is charged on delivery. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier or customs processing.

Delivery terms
The parcel is handed over by the carrier at the delivery address; a signature may be required. If nobody is available, the carrier leaves a notice so the parcel can be collected or redelivered.

Delivery problems
In all cases delivery is made within a maximum of thirty (30) days of the order. If this deadline is not met, the customer may give the seller formal notice to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, failing delivery, may cancel the order. The seller will then refund the total amount paid, using the payment method used for the purchase, without undue delay. The seller remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer. Please inspect the parcel on receipt and report any damage or partial loss to us and to the carrier within three (3) days of delivery.
