The square in the black-handled family, 36.5 cm on each side. The format holds a cluster of glasses or a bar set-up more evenly than a rectangle, and sits well on a round table.

Stainless steel base with full-grain leather worked over it by hand, and black steel handles on two sides. Thin at 1 cm, rigid across the span, and consistent with the two rectangular sizes in the same finish.

It works as a bar tray in the salon and a service tray in the dining area, and can be left in place as a fixed surface for a decanter and glasses.
