A modular set: one large square tray at 37 × 37 cm, with four smaller square trays of equal size seated inside it. The four subdivide the surface, so nuts, olives and snacks stay separated instead of crowding one dish.

Each piece is covered in full-grain leather and finished by hand. The inset trays lift out and work on their own — one at a cabin bedside, another on a desk — then return to the large tray when a service is needed.

Aboard, it is a set for entertaining: it goes out to the cockpit or salon complete and comes back apart. It suits restaurants and hotels for the same reason.
